Please read carefully the following terms and conditions, which bind you to the Merchant, owner of the Site. Furthermore, you agree to communicate with the Merchant electronically for all your exchanges and that these exchanges meet all the requirements of a written communication.
We reserve the sole discretion to refuse service, cancel an order, terminate your account, remove or edit content from the Site or cancel an order whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Confidentiality of personal information
Please review our privacy policy available in the footer of our site to learn how we collect, share and manage your personal information.
The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, which in Quebec is 18 years of age, you may only place an order online with the participation of your parent or guardian.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are quoted in Canadian currency.
The products offered on our Site as well as the dates of offers, prices and availability, features and technical specifications of these products are subject to revision and change without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. We will then proceed to the cancellation of the order and the refund of the sums paid in return, if it is the case.
Your sole remedy for non-conformity of product description is to return the product in its original packaging for a refund in accordance with the refund provisions below.
Regular Prices
Unless otherwise indicated, the list prices (suggested prices) of products appearing on the Site represent the manufacturer’s or supplier’s suggested retail price or estimated price in accordance with industry trade practices. When an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price or Suggested Price may be provided by the merchant as a guide only.
Registration and password
You will be required to complete a registration form to access certain areas and features of the Merchant Site. You agree to provide us with current and truthful information and to keep this information current at all times.
You agree to protect the confidentiality of your username and password and access to your computer so that no one else can use it. You are responsible for all transactions made in your account using this information. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your user name and password and any breach of security of which you are aware within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware.
Comments
You may post comments and criticisms about the content of the Site. You are entirely responsible for the comments you post, we are not responsible for them, and you agree to indemnify Merchant against any damages arising from them.
You may not post on behalf of others, conceal your identity, or post anything that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy or intellectual property, or constitutes chain letters, junk mail or spam.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to edit or remove comments without explanation, and we assume no responsibility for the systematic review of posted comments.
When you post a comment, you grant Merchant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to use the name and content posted, to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, broadcast, communicate to the public and display it anywhere in the world in any medium.
We ask that you post only one review per product, unless you wish to add new information. You agree to only comment on products that you have personally tried and to keep a respectful tone at all times. It is prohibited for employees and competitors of distributors and manufacturers to post comments.
Applicable laws
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada applicable therein. Furthermore, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of Rawdon is located.
Ordering errors
In the event that you believe that an error occurred during the placement of an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but at the latest within 48 hours of its discovery by sending us a message to the following address sc@karinepare.ca and indicating in sufficient detail the error that has been made.
Delivery and returns
Unless you have selected a specific carrier and delivery time at the time of the transaction for which additional charges may apply, the method of delivery and the name of the carrier will be determined by the Merchant and our usual delivery times in your territory are :

We undertake to deliver your purchases within a reasonable time subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.
The risk of loss and ownership of the purchased goods or services passes to you when they are handed over to the carrier or, if the goods cross an international border, after customs clearance.
In-store pickup of an online purchase must be done during normal business hours.
In this case, the risk of loss and the right of ownership of the purchased goods are transferred to you when you take possession of them at the store.
Cancellation, Termination, Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
You can cancel the order of a good that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem that prompts you to cancel the order with our customer service department and obtain prior consent to cancel the order.
You can exchange an item that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform the Merchant of the problem with your product and obtain an exchange authorization from the Merchant. Thereafter, you must, if required by the Merchant, ship the goods to his address in order to obtain an exchange.
You can ask for a refund on an item that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem affecting your product within forty-eight hours of receiving it from our customer service department and obtain an exchange authorization. Thereafter, you must, if required by the Merchant, ship the goods to the address of the distributor, in order to obtain a refund.
Subject to the other provisions hereof, your (refund) (exchange) (exchange/refund) request must be received by us no later than 7 days after the date of purchase.
If required by the Merchant, the returned product must be in its original packaging.
You can return your purchase in store during our normal business hours.
We do not assume the return shipping costs.
In all cases where a return of goods is required by Merchant, title to a returned good shall not pass to Merchant until it has been received by Merchant at its physical place of business.
Limitation of warranty
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MERCHANT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. IT ALSO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE AND ON ITS SERVERS AND IN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
Limitation of liability
MERCHANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS THEREON INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, USE OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF MERCHANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Copyright
The copyrights and trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are made available on the Site through the granting of a specific license in this regard.
In accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, you may not use, display or exhibit any trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary works available on the Site for any purpose other than to conduct sales of such products and services without the right to sublicense to third parties. The owners of the marks appearing on the Site retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
If you have reason to believe that the Terms and Conditions have been violated or if your work has been copied or is being used on our Site in a way that infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us as soon as possible by sending a message to the following address sc@karinepare.ca with sufficient details of the infringement that has been committed.
